Welcome to Safqat (meaning "Deals" in Arabic), a service designed to simplify inventory management for merchants in Lebanon. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview
Safqat partners with merchants to support their inventory needs by:
Contributing up to 60% of inventory costs.
Handling purchasing, shipping, customs clearance, and secure storage.
Providing flexible payment terms based on sales performance.
This is a partnership, not a financing arrangement. Safqat does not provide loans or financial services.

2. Registration and Submission
Eligibility: Any merchant may register and submit supplier invoices for review.
Invoice Requirements: Invoices must include the supplier’s name, contact details, and a detailed list of products with clear pricing.
Acceptance: Safqat reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted invoice at its sole discretion.

3. Partnership Agreement
Once an invoice is approved, Safqat will provide a Safqat Offer outlining the terms of the partnership.
The merchant must review and sign the agreement to proceed.
The agreement will specify the inventory contribution, payment terms, and other relevant details.

4. Inventory Management
Storage: Accepted inventory will be stored securely in Safqat’s facility until sold.
Sales: Merchants will receive portions of the inventory as they sell and repay Safqat’s share.
Liquidation: If inventory remains unsold after 6 months, Safqat reserves the right to liquidate it to recover its contribution. Any remaining proceeds will be returned to the merchant.

5. Payment Terms
Safqat’s share of profits starts at 3% of the total inventory cost and may increase based on the time required to sell the goods and the type of products.
Merchants are required to repay Safqat’s contribution as they sell the inventory.

6. Responsibilities
Merchant Responsibilities:
Ensure all products comply with Lebanese laws and regulations.
Provide accurate and complete documentation.
Sell inventory within the agreed timeframe (maximum 6 months).
Safqat Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing, shipping, customs clearance, and storage.
Ensure secure transit and storage of inventory.
Provide transparent communication throughout the process.

7. Limitation of Liability
Safqat is not liable for any losses or damages arising from market conditions, product demand, or other external factors beyond our control.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring the quality and legality of the products they import.

8. Amendments
Safqat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Merchants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from the use of Safqat’s services will be resolved under Lebanese jurisdiction.
